5: Good Habits
- Be on time.
- Really listen. No phones, no laptops, just you and the person talking. Make eye contact.
- Be proactive. Find your own solutions.
- Be positive. If you can’t be positive (which you can), at least be hilarious.
- Act kindly. It will never go wrong.
