Creative People Say No — Thoughts on creativity (via Medium). A funny and entertaining read. Another one of those articles that are telling me I need to stand up for myself more. I can do better work if I just didn’t take on everything. Secondly, this is a really need website and I want to contribute something eventually.

Instead of desperately trying fighting the lack of motivation and over-procrastination waiting for a moment of enlightenment where you are inspired to work—just work. Just work alongside how your unhappiness and resistance. Because you can’t always be 100% happy about working, just do it.
The Scientific 7-Minute Workout. Have I told you I was doing this? I have been. I really like it. It’s a scientific exercise routine developed to give you the minimum workout in order to be healthy. I was like: Minimum you say!?! I needed more variety in my work out for sure. I think eventually I’ll find the motivation to increase the time I do each exercise.
