Mini Coffee Cakes

[sorry the picture is so bad]

mmm. Coffee cake! I went to a pot luck a week or so ago and we all had to bring desserts so I made these. It was perfect because there was no fuss with knives and plates and no girls going “I just want a tiny, tiny, little nibble.” Everyone could just grab one and go. And coffee cake is so much better than cupcakes.
